1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing or using the SixOne8 application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which form an agreement between you and Marlstone Group Ltd ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
SixOne8 is a market monitoring and alerting tool. It evaluates user-defined strategies against market data and notifies you when your own conditions are met. The Service does not provide financial, investment or trading advice, does not recommend any transaction, and does not execute trades.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled through your app store account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policies.
4. Market data
Market data displayed in the Service is provided by third-party licensed data providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or timeliness of any data, score or alert.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by automated means, reverse engineering, redistributing data or alerts, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Marlstone Group Ltd and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Strategies you create remain yours; you grant us a licence to process them solely to operate the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marlstone Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including missed, delayed or inaccurate alerts.
8. Changes to the Service and these terms
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Marlstone Group Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. Contact: support@sixone8.app.
2. What we collect
Account details (email, display name), the strategies and instrument lists you create, device and push-notification tokens, subscription status, and usage analytics. We do not collect brokerage credentials or hold any client funds.
3. How we use it
To operate the Service — evaluating your strategies, delivering alerts, managing your subscription — and to improve reliability and features. We do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only with processors needed to run the Service (hosting, push-notification delivery, payment processing via the app stores, analytics), under contracts that protect it, or where required by law.
5. Retention and your rights
We keep personal data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it after closure, subject to legal retention duties. Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may complain to the ICO. Requests: support@sixone8.app.

SixOne8 is a monitoring tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Alerts and match scores reflect your own strategy definitions applied to market data — they are not predictions.
